My style combines deep transformational coaching with strong accountability. We focus on setting meaningful goals while diving deep to identify what’s holding you back from achieving them. This approach ensures you have both the support and insight needed for making meaningful progress.

Every client is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs. Whether you prefer more or less sessions or more or less frequent check-ins, we’ll find a rhythm that works for you.

Honestly, this approach isn’t for everyone. It depends on your willingness to put in the effort. If you’re ready to work hard, I believe we can achieve great results together. If you’re not willing to put in a conscious effort, we will fail regardless, no matter what I do. Ultimately, our success depends on you and your commitment.

Results depend on where you are in your journey, but many clients begin to see shifts in their mindset, clarity, and confidence after just a few sessions. Coaching is a process, and lasting change takes time, but I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.

The cost is $125 per month, but we can offer a discount for a longer-term plan. The choice is yours!

The package includes unlimited sessions! You can schedule as many sessions as you need. The only focus is on achieving your goals as quickly and effectively as possible.

We’ll use a shared Google Spreadsheet to clearly outline your weekly goals and plans. This spreadsheet will guide our daily check-ins via WhatsApp or Telegram, where I’ll provide the support you need to stay on track and make consistent progress toward your objectives.

As part of my coaching package, you’ll receive a wide range of tools and resources, including the Setting Goals Exercise, Vision Builder, Time Management Assignments, Habit Tracker, Jordan Peterson’s Self-Authoring Exercise, Controlling Phone & PC Exercises, Finding Values Exercise, Wheel of Life, Finances Exercise, and Finding Purpose.

Well also go through and use exercises like Deleting Limitations and Limiting Beliefs, Shadow Work, Setting Boundaries, Designing Your 2.0, Reflection Prompts Worksheet, Yearly & Decade Plans, the Eisenhower Metric, the Moonshot Coaching Technique, the Time Travel Exercise, Challenging Thoughts Exercise, and many more.

Coaching calls last up to 60 minutes, depending on how much we need to discuss. If we have less to cover, the call may be shorter, while if we have more topics to explore and extra time available, it can extend to 90 or even 120 minutes. However, my main focus is on finding improvements, regardless of the time it takes.

Its your choice. We can either meet on Zoom/Google Meet or WhatsApp – whichever works best for you.

No problem at all! If you need to reschedule a session, we can easily find a new time that works for you. If you have to skip a session entirely, we’ll simply plan to meet at our next scheduled time.

I’m in the UTC+1 time zone. However, I work with clients all over the world, so we will definitely find a time that works for both of us!
